Here is a not-so-standard cardigan by Jean Paul Gaultier at Yoox.com. This one’s got short, rolled sleeves, an assymetrical hemline, and ties in front. Other features include a foldover neckline and some of the coolest ribbing ever. The ribbed part comes to a “V” in the back, which not only creates a point of interest, but also makes you look really slim! Same goes for the front, except that it is the front tie that pulls the waist in. One last feature that I love – two hip pockets that are barely visible because they’re sewn right into the ribbing in the front!

Overall, I’d say this is a great pick when you want to wear something a little different than your usual button-up-to-the-neck, straight hemline cardigan sweater! Wear this with anything underneath, from a tank to a long sleeve shirt! You could even wear it by itself, too!
