There are many things I love about this DSquared2 dress. There’s the simple silhouette, the flattering empire waist, the deep-without-being-overly-revealing v-neck, or the padded puffy cap sleeves. Just don’t make me pick one favorite ’cause I won’t be able to choose! Oh, and I’m digging the fact that it’s dark brown instead of the usual black. Not that it’s all that different of a color, but still. Change is good, even if it’s so slight a change that no one will notice unless they’re standing next to you. In the direct sunlight. Whatevs, that just gives you the freedom to wear black shoes with this brown dress! I swear no one will notice.

I’m totally convinced that this Donna Karan dress will look good on anyone. The stretchy (not to mention insanely comfortable!) jersey material makes it easy for this one to fit and flatter every body type. The cowl neck is my favorite part of this dress. It just drapes and falls around the neckline in an effortless way. The self-belt ties at the waist and gives the dress a great hourglass shape.
