LOVE this little black dress by Valentino. (I love the price, too, but we’ll get to that later).
This skirt is gathered into a wide empire waistband, and is perfectly draped into a slightly tulip-shaped skirt. The top is sheer around the neck and shoulders, and the sleeves are rolled to the tip of the shoulder. Personally, I think the best part about this dress is that it has two pockets at the hips! I’m such a sucker for pockets.
